Senior Manager, Institutional Advancement

This is a pivotal position that offers the opportunity to shape the future of higher education at a prestigious institution.
The Associate Director of Development will cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects and donors aligned with specific colleges or units. Responsibilities span the entire gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating potential donors, making solicitations, writing proposals, and ensuring exceptional stewardship.
Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of assigned prospects, working with the Director of Development to develop annual fundraising plans, taking a leadership role in recruitment and engagement, developing and maintaining reports on assigned projects, and providing excellent organizational and project management skills.
