Project Manager Role

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-profile IT projects focused on Supply Chain and Finance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Ensure timely execution of project documents, functional scope, technical design, integration models, and data analytics.">
  • Manage budgeting and tracking using standard rate sheets for contract staff, summarizing across all domains.">
  • Coordinate capacity planning with domain leads and B2B guidelines.">
  • Plan project tasks complete with resource models and milestones.">
  • Own L'Oréal project billing artifacts, including Statement of Work, Purchase Orders, and Capital Requests.">
  • Provide periodic budget tracking, inclusive of timesheet reconciliation, invoicing, and remaining spend.">
  • Offer periodic status reporting to project stakeholders and IT leadership.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Information Systems.">
  • Background in Project Management, SAP, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Logistics is a plus.">
  • PM Certification is preferred but not required.">
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.">
  • Candidate should have strong organizational skills, analytical problem-solving skills, and time management skills.">
  • Knowledge of both French and English is preferred.">
