Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Specialist for Bakery Operations

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and production continuity of bakery operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on bakery equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and submit technical reports suggesting improvements to equipment and processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Train operators on preventive maintenance practices to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure operational efficiency by following service execution schedules and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Maintain adherence to technical and safety regulations (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10) to guarantee a safe working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee equipment operation to ensure proper functioning and identify areas for improvement.
  • Be available for service calls and travel as per internal scheduling to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields is required.
  • Proven experience in maintaining bakery equipment or related industries is essential.
  • Familiarity with baking processes: dough types, fermentation, baking, and quality control is necessary.
  • Skilled in diagnostics, tools, and testing equipment to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the field (NR-12, NR-06, NR-10) to maintain a safe working environment.
