The incumbent will provide ongoing feedback regarding project statuses by monitoring key milestones and recommending enhancements to ensure activities remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and precise recording and administrative processing of proposals and requests for direct cash transfers from government and NGO/implementing partners; Conduct programme monitoring in targeted districts for cash and supplies, keeping team members informed of progress; Assist in performing regular evaluations of partners' projects to assess financial record-keeping, expenditure controls, and reporting systems; Monitor and track the efficient distribution of necessary supplies for effective programme delivery; Support the programme section by researching, compiling, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from various sources relevant to the section's work to facilitate programme delivery and the preparation of reports, working papers, and presentations; Execute transactions ensuring programme results, activities, and coding align with the annual work plan (AWP), making amendments as necessary; Prepare monitoring and reporting information for supervisors and teams based on agreed performance indicators to enhance management efficiency and accountability; Regularly oversee budgets and financial expenditures of sections using applicable tools, keeping supervisors informed and advising on necessary actions; Assist in preparing periodic or ad hoc financial reports related to the country office and donors to optimize programme fund utilization; Support capacity development initiatives related to programme development by creating training materials and participating in relevant exercises.Qualifications and Experience:
A secondary level education with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
