Your Opportunity:As a Senior+/Staff Engineer based in our new São Paulo hub, you will be a core member of the Brazil Regional team, driving innovation and growth for our global offering.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, test, and deploy features tailored for the Brazilian market, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and local regulations.
- Propose and advocate for high-quality technical designs and solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct rigorous code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to elevate engineering standards globally.
- Implement integrations with local banks, payment providers, and financial partners across the region.
- Automate and improve onboarding workflows and compliance checks (KYC/KYB) for different customer types.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and technical implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap for your area of ownership within the Brazil Regional team.
- Act as a technical leader and mentor within the São Paulo hub, guiding new engineers and driving growth.
