SAP Functional Leader Job Opportunity

Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, the SAP Functional Leader will lead consultant teams in Brazil. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and a drive to excel in a dynamic work environment.

  1. Lead migration projects from ECC to S/4Hana and global projects;
  2. Drive project workflows and conduct fit-gap analysis workshops;
  3. Manage client teams of functional consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced training;
  • Excellent English communication skills;
  • Substantial experience with S/4, assessments, rollout, and migration from ECC to S/4;
  • Strong SAP knowledge (architecture, methodologies, versions, etc.);
  • Experience in global projects;
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies: Agile, Kanban;
  • Technical expertise in SAP modules: MM, SD;
  • Experience working in Agribusiness processes as an SME or Functional Leader in S/4 implementation/migration (preferred).
