Infrastructure Security Management

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Global Firewall Operations Team:Manage a team of 20+ people, ensuring secure, reliable, and timely firewall services.
  • Drive Operational Excellence:Develop, standardize, and continuously improve firewall management processes.
  • Ensure Security & Compliance:Adhere to internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Champion Automation Initiatives:Improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and bolster security posture through automation and innovation.
  • Provide Documentation & Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation, generate insightful reports, and conduct regular governance reviews to monitor performance and service quality.
  • Participate in Firewall-Related Projects:Foster cross-functional collaboration, leading projects that align with business objectives and strategic goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale network security operations.
  • Strong technical expertise in Cisco NGFW, cloud security services, network segmentation, and SASE architectures.
  • Leadership skills, capable of motivating a diverse team and partners.
  • Track record of process automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, governance, and reporting skills.
