Job Title: Data Protection Specialist

As a skilled Data Protection Specialist, you will provide 24x7 technical support for issues raised by customers and backup systems across various hybrid cloud environments. Your primary goal is to ensure the stability of customer business operations.

About the Role:
You will be working on our managed hosted Commvault service, providing key support to guarantee business continuity. Key responsibilities include managing Commvault incidents and requests, using your experience and knowledge of Commvault to deliver solutions, driving efficiencies into our services by developing SOPs, and escalating to Level 2 when necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate experience with Commvault or other Enterprise Class Backup products
- Ability to understand core IT infrastructure, including TCP networking, DNS, storage, and virtualization
- Experience in managing and configuring server backup policies, schedules, and retention plans
- Junior experience working in operating systems, Windows, and Linux (desired)
- Junior experience working in ticket-based systems, ServiceNow (desired)
- Junior experience working in cloud environments, AWS, Azure (desired)
- ITIL Foundation Level certification (desired), Professional Backup qualification (Commvault advantageous)
