Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at GameChange Solar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Data Management: Accurately and efficiently manage client data, including project requirements, sales reports, and CRM updates.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including filing reports, preparing quotes, and maintaining digital file systems.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, emails, and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure timely responses to clients and effective project management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Significant experience in administrative/operational roles supporting sales/business development teams.
  • Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
