We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Support Specialist to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our Key Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes and ensuring the success of our IR channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Key Account Management team to optimize processes and achieve performance objectives;
  • Develop and maintain reports with consolidated information on sales, targets, campaign data, sales incentives, customer inventory, and other key metrics;
  • Create ad-hoc analyses to support the Commercial Department and Key Account Management team;
  • Execute commercial calendar routines with support areas and customers;
  • Manage purchase orders for services related to the IR channel.

About You

We are looking for a strong analytical and communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish. English is a plus.
