Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ESET. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing post-sales support of ESET products in a technical environment for partners and potential final clients (companies). Your primary goal will be to generate valuable technical content for the channel and perform customer support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve post-sale support cases presented through the incident ticket system, complying with established SLAs.
- Identify recurring support cases and derivatives from the regional team.
- Inform the lab of new virus and blocked URLs.
- Responsible for the performance of trainings and webinars.
- Generation of ESET's products technical content for partners and clients.
Requirements:
- Under-graduation degree in IT, Information Safety, System Analysis, Data Processing, Computer Sciences, or correlate studies.
- Experience in technical support preferably (minimum 1 year).
- Knowledge on virtualization, networks, operational systems (Windows mainly), databases, and basic programming languages.
- Intermediate level in English and Spanish.
