Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a strong foundation in product design and a passion for innovation. This individual will play a key role in pushing the boundaries of user experience by combining creative problem-solving with emerging technologies to shape thoughtful, high-impact design solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can inspire others, drive design excellence, and ensure our application is both consistent and exceptional in usability and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications
  • Own and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and usability across the product
  • Lead the creation of intuitive and accessible user interfaces for our web applications
  • Explore and refine design solutions through user feedback, data, and critical thinking
  • Build a cohesive application experience by aligning design decisions with user needs and business goals

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in fast-paced or cross-functional environments
  • Hands-on ownership of a design system, including creation, implementation, and governance across a product or platform
  • Strong user empathy and research instincts, with experience running interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing feedback into actionable design improvements
  • Curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset, with a pulse on design trends, tools, and technologies (including AI)
