Job Description:

This position is focused on driving commercial growth and market leadership through innovative trade marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful point-of-sale marketing campaigns, analyzing market data and consumer behavior, and building strategic relationships with key pharmacy partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to optimize commercial performance of established products portfolio.
  • Analyze market data and consumer behavior to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacy partners and key account managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, Trade & Revenue Management (TRM), and Finance strategies.
  • Develop communication materials and tools that educate pharmacists and enhance visibility of the product.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven commercial or trade marketing background with experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful point-of-sale marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation expertise for partnership development and commercial agreements.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, engineering, or pharmacy.
  • MBA required, demonstrating advanced business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
