About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and after-sales service of tractors, harvesters, and other agricultural machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain arriving vehicles (tractors, harvesters) in accordance with manufacturer guidelines;
- Perform regular visits to customers and inspect vehicles (tractors, harvesters) to ensure optimal performance;
- Guarantee accessories and achieve sales plan targets while maintaining customer satisfaction;
- Repair machinery and components as needed;
- Analyze and diagnose technical problems effectively;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry quality standards;
- Participate in on-the-job training to improve problem-solving skills;
- Submit timely service reports;
- Collaborate with the China Representative Engineer/Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in agricultural machinery maintenance is preferred;
- Excellent technical problem analysis, evaluation, and diagnosis skills;
- Strong teamwork and individual responsibility skills;
- Adherence to safety regulations and industry quality standards;
- Familiarity with Kubota, New Holland, Revo, and similar equipment is beneficial.
