Established early on, the firm provides tailored advice to international clients, with regional offices and local teams in Paris, São Paulo, and Bogotá.
The company has advised 28 successful transactions across approximately 60 M&A projects, including landmark cross-border deals into/from Latin America.
Position DescriptionThe location: São Paulo office located in Itaim Bibi
The role: Support the team in origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions
The intern will be involved in tasks such as preparation of internal and client presentations, participation in financial and valuation analyses, and meetings or calls with international clients alongside senior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Prepare internal and client presentations
- Participate in financial and valuation analyses
