As a key player in our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will contribute to the success of our business by assisting middle-market companies with industry expertise and superior deal execution. You will be part of a collaborative work environment that empowers your growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze industry information from various sources, including research papers, academic journals, and reputable news outlets.
- Perform comprehensive financial analyses on client companies, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
- Draft executive summaries, situation analyses, and marketing documents based on research and financial analysis.
- Develop strategic plans for merger & acquisitions, including target company identification, buyer analysis, and due diligence.
- Prepare financial models and analytical support for merger & acquisitions teams.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrable M&A execution experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Understanding of financial statement analysis, the merger & acquisition process, and company valuation techniques.
- Ability to master new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proven business research skills and dedication to teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
