Job Title: Regional Sales and Marketing Director
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales efforts in overseas markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies, managing sales targets, building customer relationships, and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement product marketing strategies for overseas markets to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Sales Target Management: Set annual sales targets and break them down by region and channel to ensure the team meets sales performance goals.
- Channel and Customer Management: Expand and maintain sales channels in overseas markets, including distributors, agents, and major integrators.
- Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and motivate marketing team members to enhance the team's overall business capabilities and professional competence.
- Project Management and Contract Negotiation: Take charge of planning and implementing major marketing projects, coordinating resources from various parties to ensure smooth project progress.
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a mechanical-related field.
- Language Requirements: Fluent in English (mandatory), proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French (key languages for the Latin American market), and knowledge of German/Italian is a plus for the European region.
- Industry Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the pump or industrial equipment industry, with at least 5 years in an overseas market director or equivalent position.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with market regulations, channel structures, and customer decision-making processes in European and Latin American countries.
- Multi-Regional Expansion Experience: Experience in leading market expansion in multiple regions (Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, etc.), with a good understanding of regulatory differences, channel structures, and customer needs across regions.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of industry trends in the pump sector, with the ability to develop differentiated market strategies based on the company's product features.
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities to build strong relationships with customers and industry peers.
- Responsibility and Resilience: Strong sense of responsibility and career ambition, with the ability to maintain high efficiency in high-pressure environments.
