Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of training and educational programs to support the adoption and sustained use of a needle-free drug delivery system in Brazil.

This involves working closely with internal teams to inform product development strategies, delivering expert support to external stakeholders during product launches, evaluations, and clinical trials, and building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, allied health professionals, and patient advocacy groups.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will also be responsible for developing targeted educational and training resources to support effective adoption and sustained use of the Insujet System, as well as delivering specialized training programs to healthcare professionals.

Additionally, this role will involve coordinating clinical evaluations with healthcare providers to drive adoption, collecting and documenting real-world data on clinical outcomes and product usability, and providing post-market support to ensure continued and effective use of the Insujet System.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, business/marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or medical devices company; diabetes-related knowledge/product experience is advantageous.
  • Proven clinical account management skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry; experience in diabetes/endocrinology products are desired.
  • Strong presentation and training skills to educate HCPs and patients on correct product usage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
  • Clinical knowledge or medical background essential, with the ability to understand and explain technical product details.
  • Results-driven with strong resilience and execution ability.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
