About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an AI Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building sophisticated artificial intelligence systems from scratch using a variety of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Intelligence: Develop advanced AI agents that can learn, reason, and interact with humans in a natural way.
  • Orchestrating the Collective: Design and implement multi-agent systems that can collaborate and execute complex tasks with minimal human intervention.
  • Evolving the Core: Develop and integrate Model Context Protocols (MCP) that enhance the capabilities of our AI agents beyond current limitations.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Excellence: Proven expertise in Python programming language and flexibility to work with other languages as well.
  • Deployment Warrior: Experience in building, deploying, and maintaining complex AI systems in production environments.
  • Problem Obsessed: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Framework Fluent: Proficiency in RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph, and integration with major LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
  • Bullshit Allergic: Direct communication style, tangible results, and minimal corporate theater.
  • Portuguese Fluency: Fluent communication in Portuguese is required due to the nature of the data and clients we work with.
