We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity professional to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in capital markets, investment banking, M&A, and private equity/venture capital.
Key Responsibilities- Support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities with a focus on the technology sector in Brazil and Latin America.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence across multiple industries, especially tech-driven businesses.
- Work closely with technology companies in our portfolio to monitor performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.
- Partner with senior team members in São Paulo and across international offices on transactions and strategic projects.
- 4+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets.
- Strong background in technology, either through direct professional experience, deal exposure, or sector knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier Brazilian or international university.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Portuguese is mandatory.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
