We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Production Analyst to join our team. As an IT Production Analyst, you will play a key role in introducing new reports and production analysis systems, monitoring and troubleshooting the MES system, managing and maintaining storage devices, VMware, and production systems.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining medium- and long-term planning for implementation and maintenance of various systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide technical support for Industry 4.0 assets and train and support areas in using MES systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot the MES system to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and maintain storage devices, VMware, and production systems to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective planning and execution of projects.
- Train and support users in utilizing MES systems to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise to support the development and maintenance of Industry 4.0 assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as VMware.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
