Junior IT Production Analyst Role Overview

This role is focused on introducing new reports and production analysis systems, monitoring and troubleshooting the MES system to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the MES system operates efficiently by performing regular checks and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Manage storage devices, VMware, and production systems to maintain smooth operations and prevent disruptions.
  • Develop medium and long-term plans for implementing and maintaining production systems that meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to areas using MES systems to enhance their understanding and utilization.
  • Collaborate with ITMA to implement system updates and align with other plants to achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of productive control systems (MES) and report progress to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and effective project management.
  • Offer technical support for Industry 4.0 assets, including MES, Shopfloor IT, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting MES systems.
  • Excellent management and maintenance skills for storage devices, VMware, and production systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement plans for implementing and maintaining production systems.
  • Strong training and support skills for areas using MES systems.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with ITMA and other teams.
  • Project management skills for overseeing the implementation of MES systems.
  • Technical knowledge of Industry 4.0 assets, including MES, Shopfloor IT, and Digital Transformation.
