GTM Automation Strategist

In this key role, you will lead the development of strategic roadmaps that align data enrichment and prospecting automation with broader revenue goals and operational maturity.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and consistent delivery, while also building relationships with key stakeholders at leading technology companies.

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients navigate complex GTM workflows, enrichment strategies, and automation opportunities using cutting-edge tools like Clay.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably in consulting, SaaS, or GTM operations. A strong understanding of GTM strategies and workflows across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic roadmaps for GTM automation aligned with revenue goals and operational maturity

  • Provide guidance on GTM workflows, enrichment strategies, and automation opportunities using Clay

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategies and workflows across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams
  • Experience implementing and supporting Clay or similar data enrichment/prospecting automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing/sales tool integrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
