Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering and product decisions
  • Ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated product team
  • Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
  • Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture

Requirements:

  • Experience working on scaled products
  • Track record of responsible engineering from inception to traction
  • Customer obsession and focus on user experience
  • Product thinking and ability to guide evolution
  • Speed and ability to generate ideas quickly
  • Focus and ability to balance collaboration and deep work
  • Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, and Git
