Business Development Manager

  • Grant the execution of our Real-Time Market (RTM) strategy by implementing improvements and adhering to the set schedule.
  • Lead territory planning sessions, facilitating discussions to determine sales territory adjustments based on real needs.
  • Ensure data collection for sales and market performance analysis, building the RTM database using tools like Integra, RTM Tool, and Dashboards.
  • Right-size current and new areas through financial, market, sales, and geographical studies to determine sustainability.
  • Perform in-depth dealer performance analysis using internal data sources.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to create and monitor District Action Plans, ensuring alignment with Marketing and Agronomy teams.
  • Work closely with CRM and Incentive Programs Departments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Financial Managers.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Brazilian Agribusiness sector.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • MS Excel skills are essential.
  • MBA or Extension course will be valued.
  • Demonstrated execution capacity and leadership by influence.
  • Ability to work with SMART development KPIs.
  • Nurturing a network and relationship with key stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Agronomy, CRM, Barter, and others.
  • High analytical skills.
  • Developed speech and presentation skills.
  • Operational excellence.
  • Frequent business travel availability.
