At the forefront of innovation, we seek a visionary to join our team as a Product Showcase Specialist. This pivotal role involves developing captivating presentations and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our digital image products framework.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to support sales activities from conceptual stages to pre-sales, sales, trials, and training.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage in discussions with customers to identify and solve technical problems, offering solutions tailored to Healthcare IT.
  3. Product Advocacy: Contribute to sales meetings by providing in-depth understanding of product workings, applications, limitations, and nontraditional usage.
  4. Presentation and Demonstration: Prepare and deliver technical presentations showcasing how our products meet customer needs.
  5. Documentation and Guidance: Document customer requirements and provide technical guidance related to sales strategy and proposals.
  6. Training and Development: Participate in training for internal sales professionals and on-site technical training for customers.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, or quality control teams to identify user and/or design problems.
  8. Feasibility Analysis: Support the feasibility of standard, customized, partnerships alternatives of new approaches for offered products and services.
  9. Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support to customers after sales are closed and while products are being tested or installed.
  10. Account Management: Accompany account managers during service visits or while exploring application problems.
  11. Reference Site Visits: Prepare and accompany reference-site visits with customers and prospects.
  12. Customer Presentations: Prepare and perform customer presentations.
  13. Proposal and Contract Preparation: Prepare proposals and contracts as well as any required documentation.
  14. Bid Process Support: Support bid processes and assign tasks and required specialists to bid projects.
  15. Quotation Assistance: Assist sales teams and representatives on quotations.
  16. CMS Maintenance: Fill in the CRM platform.
  17. Event Representation: Represent us at trade fairs and other events.
