Buscamos a un líder creativo visionario para dirigir nuestro equipo de diseño y publicidad. Serás responsable de crear conceptos innovadores y estrategias efectivas para llegar a nuestros clientes objetivo.

En esta posición, trabajarás estrechamente con diseñadores, editores y especialistas en marketing para desarrollar campañas publicitarias de alto impacto. Deberás colaborar con equipos remotos y ser capaz de comunicarte de manera clara y efectiva.

Responsabilidades clave
  • Diseñar y liderar la creación de conceptos publicitarios innovadores.
  • Desarrollar estrategias efectivas para llegar a los clientes objetivo.
  • Colaborar con equipos remotos y ser capaz de comunicarte de manera clara y efectiva.
  • Supervisar la calidad creativa asegurando la alineación con la identidad de marca y objetivos de campaña.
Requisitos y calificaciones
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en diseño y gestión de personas.
  • Conocimientos en integración de software de IA para aumentar eficiencia.
  • Habilidades de comunicación en inglés fluido para interactuar con equipos y clientes.
  • Competencia en Figma y Adobe Creative Suite.
