Global Data Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our global data facilities. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our real estate portfolio and operating SAP's data centers.

The role involves maintaining accurate lease data and master information on a global level, supporting large-scale projects, and providing comprehensive reporting. You will serve as a point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders worldwide and participate in global work groups to ensure seamless knowledge sharing across regions and functions.

You will maintain and update templates and lists, prepare internal communication materials, and ensure effective communication within your area of responsibility.

Key Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Facility Management, or equivalent experience
  • Detailed understanding of real estate lease contracts and their structure
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory; additional languages are beneficial
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential
  • Familiarity with SAP Real Estate Flexible (REFX) is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of various aspects of Real Estate and Facility Management is desirable
