About This Opportunity

We are seeking seasoned professionals to join our elite team in managing complex cyber incidents and delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Manager, you will provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, leveraging your knowledge of digital forensics and incident response.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical expertise in support of cyber defense or incident response assignments.
  • Collaborate with case managers to ensure effective project execution, providing input on project structuring and commercially viable advice.
  • Monitor quality of own work and ensure value delivery to clients.
  • Communicate regularly with senior team members, bringing case issues and findings to attention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adhering to industry standards of service and integrity.
  • Support junior staff development, ensuring excellence in all aspects of the job.
  • Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization rates, business generation, and personal objectives.
  • Identify learning needs and opportunities, continuously improving personal performance.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response Computer Forensics Network Security
  • Excellent project management skills, effective communication, and strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • At least five years of experience in incident response, investigating and remediating cyber breaches.
  • Recommended certifications: CREST IR, CFCE, ENCE, GIAC.
  • Fluency in English and native capability in local languages.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases, resources, and budget effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and drive projects forward concurrently.
  • Clear expression and confidence to win trust from stakeholders and colleagues.
  • A professional approach to problem-solving with awareness of global events and markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills representing diverse communities.
  • Experience working with diverse teams.
