Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough tax interviews with clients face-to-face and through virtual tools.
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Generate business growth by increasing client retention and offering additional products and services.
  • Provide IRS support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork is essential.
  • Ability to work 25-35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
  • Successful completion of a tax knowledge assessment or income tax course.
