Job Role:

As a key link between Controllership and Commercial areas, you will provide analytical and financial support for informed decision-making. This role plays a pivotal part in monitoring commercial performance, profitability, and structuring processes related to pricing and governance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to drive business growth.
  • Support to Commercial Team: Provide analytical and financial support to the commercial team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Pricing Process Structuring: Develop and implement effective pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Requirements:

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar positions, focusing on profitability analysis, pricing, or controllership.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance processes.

Languages: Intermediate/advanced English language proficiency, enabling interaction with global teams.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong analytical profile with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
