Key Responsibilities- Apply advanced Quality and Six Sigma methods to minimize non-conformances and prevent returns.
- Develop effective corrective and preventative programs to reduce scrap and rework.
- Mentor and train operators and inspectors on quality engineering requirements.
- Evaluate and select product evaluation equipment, providing training for personnel.
- Conduct internal audits, follow up on corrective actions, and respond to customer quality audit requests.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Analyze and solve parts and process issues.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpret contractual and specification requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement activities and work collaboratively with employees and customers.
