We are seeking a Senior Business Insights Specialist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to commercial performance.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization in the industry. You will have the chance to develop and maintain business performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in Excel and/or BI tools.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Business Intelligence, BI or Data Analysis focused on sales. They should also have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Additionally, they should have analytical capacity and strategic vision applied to the business, as well as good communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and analyze data related to commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain business performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards in Excel and/or BI tools.
  • Create executive presentations with analysis, insights, and recommendations for sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Identify market patterns, trends, and opportunities based on internal and external data.
  • Support the sales team in monitoring goals, productivity, and process efficiency.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of data used for decision-making.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Business Intelligence, BI or Data Analysis focused on sales.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical capacity and strategic vision applied to the business.
  • Good communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives.
