We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to join our team. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and collaborating with leaders to drive business outcomes.
Your primary responsibility will be to source and attract top candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organization by helping us build a diverse and talented workforce.
Main Responsibilities:- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Building relationships with external organizations, such as universities, to create greater opportunities for talent identification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related majors
- Proven experience in technology recruitment and sourcing function, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies within social media, talent branding, ATS solutions, and recruiter capability
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to influence leaders
- High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
- Experience with Workday (HR System)
- Experience in heavy industry environment
