The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist will assist the Bioscience Division in delivering monthly forecasts, reviewing expenses, and preparing pricing realization materials.
- Issue monthly predictions, evaluate expenditures, and develop pricing documents to support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess agreements and handle department-specific issues.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks for both regional and distributed teams.
- Project division revenues and expenses at a regional and country level to inform business decisions.
- Work closely with remote teams on revenue and expense objectives throughout the Annual Operating Plan cycle.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage competing demands.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with global financial regulations and compliance standards.
