We are currently seeking an experienced logistics project leader to support a long-term initiative for a leading global brand.

About the Role
  • This is a strategic project with high visibility, requiring collaboration across multiple functions and geographies.

The ideal candidate will lead international supply chain projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics-related projects within a global context.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including supply chain, procurement, operations, and IT.
  • Define and track project plans, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget execution.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders and senior leadership on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in logistics processes.
Requirements
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, including complex international projects.
  • You have a proven background in logistics/supply chain projects.
  • You have experience in the FMCG industry or with global retail/logistics organizations.
  • You hold a Project Management certification.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead virtual, multicultural teams.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • You are fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • You are available to work in Americas time zones. Candidates based in Europe must be open to working in those hours.
