This exciting opportunity involves driving infrastructure projects, improving team processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support site selection by drafting layouts and conducting thorough research.
  • Prepare specifications and technical details for building environments, equipment, and processes.
  • Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, providing expert technical input and conducting value analysis.
  • Improve team efficiency and reduce costs through process optimization.
  • Lead or work independently on projects with diverse cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Fluent English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, or related fields.
  • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and operations engineering tools.
  • Expertise in benchmarking technical equipment and metrics.
  • Background in Logistics, Distribution, or Fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).
  • Strong technical background in material handling equipment.
