Engineering Project Coordinator Intern

As an intern in the field of engineering project coordination, you will play a key role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing project schedules for engineering projects using software like MS Project or Primavera.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze and identify technical requirements of projects.
- Monitoring and updating schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Participating in regular team meetings to align activities and deadlines.
- Contributing to the development of documentation and progress reports for projects.
- Providing administrative support related to project planning and execution.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in MS Office suite and have a strong understanding of project management principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all fields), starting from the 4th semester.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Desirable: knowledge of project management, scheduling, and data analysis.
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, and Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
