Job Title: Strategic Data Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex transformation initiatives across our operations, leveraging their expertise in data and analytics using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end data transformation programs, including discovery, design, and implementation.
  • Oversee data initiatives involving SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and B/4 HANA platforms, driving business value through strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution architecture for various functions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with organizational goals, fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Drive the data management lifecycle, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support, guaranteeing successful outcomes.
  • Engage with partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery, promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, advising clients on supply chain transformations, and supporting business assessments and roadmaps.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a strong background in SAP.
  • Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, B/4 HANA architecture, modules, and supply chain capabilities, as well as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven track record of program management within data and analytics domains, demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and partner management skills, with proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, and experience managing teams in Latin America.
  • A strong understanding of the CPG industry is beneficial but not required.
