**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Flavour Delivery Systems Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to utilise their technical expertise and business acumen to drive success in multiple applications.

As a Flavour Delivery Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying optimal flavour delivery systems and technologies for customer projects. You will also establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, build trust, and consistently promote new technologies.

Key responsibilities include coaching and training technicians, technologists, and scientists. You will recommend appropriate lab/pilot plant equipment needed for capital project investments and maintain flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished products and capture of profiles.

Additionally, you will ensure a safe, clean, and organised lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines.

Our ideal candidate has a polytechnic or B.S. degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Master's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or Ph.D. in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology. They possess technical skills such as preparing and presenting basic technical presentations, supervising and managing technicians and technologists, and understanding Analytical/Sensory methodology as relevant to flavour selection.
