We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage the marketing budget across all channels, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead the local marketing team responsible for customer acquisition in Brazil, fostering a data-driven approach
  • Build and maintain business relationships with external agencies and marketing partners
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to execute campaigns and marketing tasks for the Brazilian market
  • Ensure marketing execution follows global brand guidelines while maintaining local relevance
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Align with regional agencies and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing manager or similar role
  • Experience in online sports betting and gaming in Brazil is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with advertising, media, and PR agencies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing larger sponsorship deals and contracts
  • Degree in marketing or a similar relevant field
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic aligned with our values: Teamwork, Passion, and Fair Play
