Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Program Manager to join our team.

The MES program is a global initiative that aims to develop and deploy a standardized MES framework across the organization. As an MES Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the MES system at various production sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the MES system at multiple production sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of the MES system
  • Develop and implement training programs for plant representatives and core team members
  • Facilitate communication between plant representatives and core team members
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in organizational change management related to IT
  • Experience working with implementation of MES systems within discrete manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
