Lead Acquisitions Specialist

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Lead Acquisitions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers through various channels. Your main tasks will include:

  • Developing and implementing paid acquisition plans across multiple platforms.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of specialists to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Providing guidance on best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Allocating and monitoring budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal ROI.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and other analytics tools.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
