We're seeking a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our team. This key role will oversee the strategic development of hiring processes and teams, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide leaders within the Talent Acquisition function to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement strategies for process improvements and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other managers to maintain current recruitment practices.
- Monitor key performance metrics within the team.

Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Operational roles are essential.
- Background: Recruitment or HR operations experience is advantageous.
