What is the Operations Talent Program?

The Operations Talent Program (OTP) is a graduate program designed for recent graduates to accelerate their growth toward dynamic career opportunities within EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations. The program has a strong focus on digital transformation, data integration and smart technologies, fostering a tech‑driven generation of leaders.

The program is held in multiple Operations Hubs: Brazil (Duque de Caxias), France (Cretéil, southeast of Paris), Italy (Agordo and Milan), Thailand (Rayong), China (Dongguan) and USA (Dudley), and lasts 2 years. You will start in November 2025 and, over the two years, will explore the operations landscape, learn industry topics and experience the industrial environment where technology, innovation and product passion sit at the center. After the program, you may continue growth at EssilorLuxottica, either within the same function or in international locations.

How is it structured?

From day one you will be assigned to one of the Operations & Product Functions (including Manufacturing, R&D Lenses and SmartEyewear, Wearable Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement, Automation, Cybersecurity) while participating in training activities. After one year you will have a job rotation within the same function, enabling you to expand your exposure, gain new technical knowledge, and be guided by inspiring leaders. The program includes an on-the-job development path with a training plan. The Academy runs for the first six months to provide a broad Operations overview and lay the groundwork for the following months. You will engage with the Company and build a community with other trainees, then deepen management topics with a top European business school to develop strategic skills for Operations. Finally, you will apply your knowledge with an individual Project Work to work on an innovative project and present it to Leaders.

Must Have requirements
  • Degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, obtained in the last year or graduation within 2025.
  • Maximum 1 year of working experience after obtaining a degree.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Availability to start the program from November 2025.
  • Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying without requiring visa sponsorship.

How does the selection process work?

To apply, complete the online application as soon as possible. If your profile meets the criteria, you'll be invited to complete an online individual assessment evaluating your personality, cognitive abilities, and command of English (if not native). Successful applicants will have an online interview with Talent Acquisition experts, followed by meetings with business leaders (virtually and on-site) for a final round.
