Overview

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent sourcing efforts and participate in talent hunting and people operations.
  • Assist with administrative processes and coordinate tasks across HR/operations.
  • Engage with business needs and, when appropriate, communicate with clients directly.
  • Work with autonomy to solve problems and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic environment and learn new skills continuously.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); residing in Florianópolis – SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Prior administrative or service-related experience; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
Employment details
  • Contractor (PJ) role with competitive compensation – R$2.5K (potential increase to R$5K after 6 months).
  • Work with international clients and standards; opportunity to grow as a leader; possibility to move between teams.
  • English-speaking team; 2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental/marriage leave.
  • All expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses; remote work; health care plan available.
