Team members are in touch with client business needs, sometimes communicating directly with them. We challenge ourselves to learn new things and grow beyond our comfort zones. This role is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.
We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities- Engage in hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative processes.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and support HR/operations functions with autonomy and responsibility.
- Communicate with colleagues in English, participate in a dynamic work environment, and contribute to process improvements.
Must-haves:
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Residence in Florianópolis – SC
- Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
- Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
- Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
- International experience
- Undergraduate degree
