Overview

You will join a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Must-haves
  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
  • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
  • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
  • International experience
  • Undergraduate degree

As Contractor (PJ), You Will Have
