This role is pivotal in driving internal efficiency, enhancing CRM/PRM adoption, ensuring data integrity, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
You will sit at the intersection of strategy, sales, and technology—acting both as a systems thinker and strategic enabler.A key focus of this role is acting as a CRM/PRM & Sales Process Specialist, driving adoption and aligning business processes around our CRM/PRM platform (GAIA).
You will serve as the internal champion of GAIA, ensuring that the system is a catalyst for sales excellence, better data quality, and smarter decision-making.If you're analytical, process-oriented, and passionate about enabling teams through systems and data, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Mapping & CRM/PRM OptimizationMap and refine GAIA (CRM/PRM) workflows to match real business needsStandardize data fields, pipeline stages, and input protocolsEnsure the system supports sales and strategic workflows rather than complicates themAct as liaison between Strategy, Sales, and IT/GAIA Team to align platform functionality with business goalsCRM/PRM Adoption & Change EnablementDrive CRM/PRM adoption across sales and strategy teamsEmbed best practices into daily commercial activities and routinesMonitor user behavior, provide coaching, and remove adoption blockersPromote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning during system changesData Quality & AutomationEnsure data integrity through training, dashboards, and cleanup initiativesFollow up with users and stakeholders to close data gapsIdentify and address inconsistencies in data entryCollaborate on automation opportunities to reduce low-value administrative workStructure CRM/PRM data for internal and external reportingExtract insights from CRM data to support decision-making and strategic initiativesContribute to recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentationsMaintain internal documentation (SOPs, process logs, and insight trackers)Strategic Support & Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport leadership with client segmentation, performance reviews, and market analysisMap and document cross-departmental workflows to identify silos and inefficienciesRecommend improvements to drive clarity, collaboration, and alignmentParticipate in leadership and strategy meetings to influence prioritization and roadmapWhat Success Looks LikeYou won't just help people use a CRM/PRM—you'll transform how teams collaborate, improve the quality of decision-making, and foster a culture of excellence in managing clients, data, and processes.

• % of deals with full, accurate dataInternal CRM/PRM satisfaction scoreFrequency of data updates and system engagementReduction in manual reporting and redundant toolsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field1–3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or internal consultingProven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics)Strong knowledge of sales processes and commercial workflowsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with change management and user onboardingAnalytical mindset and strong critical thinkingProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools are a plusFluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)
