Job Title:
Strategic Operations Analyst
Department:
Strategic Solutions
Employment Type:
Full-Time
Level:
Associate / Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Operations Analyst to join our Strategic Solutions Department. This role is pivotal in driving internal efficiency, enhancing CRM/PRM adoption, ensuring data integrity, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, sales, and technology—acting both as a systems thinker and strategic enabler.
A key focus of this role is acting as a CRM/PRM & Sales Process Specialist, driving adoption and aligning business processes around our CRM/PRM platform (GAIA). You will serve as the internal champion of GAIA, ensuring that the system is a catalyst for sales excellence, better data quality, and smarter decision-making.
If you're analytical, process-oriented, and passionate about enabling teams through systems and data, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping & CRM/PRM Optimization
- Map and refine GAIA (CRM/PRM) workflows to match real business needs
- Standardize data fields, pipeline stages, and input protocols
- Ensure the system supports sales and strategic workflows rather than complicates them
- Act as liaison between Strategy, Sales, and IT/GAIA Team to align platform functionality with business goals
CRM/PRM Adoption & Change Enablement
- Drive CRM/PRM adoption across sales and strategy teams
- Embed best practices into daily commercial activities and routines
- Monitor user behavior, provide coaching, and remove adoption blockers
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning during system changes
Data Quality & Automation
- Ensure data integrity through training, dashboards, and cleanup initiatives
- Follow up with users and stakeholders to close data gaps
- Identify and address inconsistencies in data entry
Collaborate on automation opportunities to reduce low-value administrative work
Reporting & Insights Generation
•Structure CRM/PRM data for internal and external reporting
- Extract insights from CRM data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Maintain internal documentation (SOPs, process logs, and insight trackers)
Strategic Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support leadership with client segmentation, performance reviews, and market analysis
- Map and document cross-departmental workflows to identify silos and inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements to drive clarity, collaboration, and alignment
- Participate in leadership and strategy meetings to influence prioritization and roadmap
What Success Looks Like
You won't just help people use a CRM/PRM—you'll transform how teams collaborate, improve the quality of decision-making, and foster a culture of excellence in managing clients, data, and processes. Success in this role means being able to first understand and optimize systems, then drive adoption across teams, ensure data quality, and ultimately support strategic goals through clear insights and structured reporting.
KPIs for Success
- CRM/PRM adoption rate
• % of deals with full, accurate data - Internal CRM/PRM satisfaction score
- Frequency of data updates and system engagement
- Reduction in manual reporting and redundant tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or internal consulting
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and commercial workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with change management and user onboarding
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools are a plus
- Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus)
